The Mountain West conference, and potentially much more will be on the line Saturday in Utah when TCU and Utah face off. TCU pounded Utah last year, so revenge will be in the air. Both of these teams can get on the board, and keep the opposition off of it. Utah is 3rd in points scored, and 6th in points allowed, while TCU is 9th in points scored, and 1st in points allowed. This could end up being one heck of a game on Saturday.
Obviously Auburn and Alabama will be game of the year, part II.

Should be a great one. IMO, (and no offense to anyone) TCU is the 2nd best team I've seen this year, behind Auburn. Now, Oregon may prove to be better as their schedule gets tougher, but I'm really impressed by TCU's defense. I think it might be the best in the country. I'd love to see Auburn or Oregon's offense against TCU's defense. It's really a damn shame that we won't get to know who is better.

The shame of it is that this game will be relegated to the CBS College Sports channel, which I'm betting a lot of people don't receive. What was the MWC thinking when they negotiated this TV deal? BYU wouldn't have bolted if they had used common sense. Say what you want about ESPN, but if the MWC had not thumbed their nose at them this game would be getting top billing.

TCU laid a massive beatdown on Utah today, even worse than last year. Even if they don't make to the NC game, TCU is going to make it really, really difficult to say no.

Between TCU's beatdown and LSU's upset over 'Bama, **** just got real.

I can only now think about this game. TCU handed us our butts on a silver platter. Kudos to them for just being several times better. Man that was a beat down. Then I got to watch Real Salt Lake get bounced from the playoffs. I told my wife she's lucky that the Jazz finally beat the Clippers because I was looking for a very tall ledge to jump off. You know you've had a rough sports day when you won't even read the paper or watch the news the next day for fear of hearing about it again.
