...but the ending to the Music City Bowl game between Tennessee and North Carolina was, simultaneously, one of the most chaotic and beautiful hours of football I have ever seen.

-A missed XP that ends up being -huge-
-A dropped ball that (seemingly) ended any hopes of a UNC win
-Four (FOUR!) personal fouls...well, three, if you don't include the blatant late hit that wasn't called.
-A 60-yard drive that leads to a game-tying FG attempt in 30 seconds
-Time running out (or so I thought) because three men on the FG unit came out when they were just intending to spike the ball.
-The game actually being over...handshakes, music, and the like...then the play being under review.
-UNC winning the game in OT

Oh...my...goodness. You'd think this game actually meant something. I may never sleep again.

I thought for sure Butch Davis would kick at 0.16 left. That was a ballsy move to get it closer, I don't think I would have called that.

That "late hit" that the announcers kept crying about was bogus. He clearly got pushed into the UNC player, and the announcers refused to acknowledge it. Other than that, congrats it was a very exciting game.

The annoying thing is that this team, with all of the suspensions/bans and whatnot, beat one SEC school and was one dropped pass away from beating another. I’m just wondering how this team would be if Austin, Quinn and Little were involved. I really don’t think they lose more than two.

Clemson is getting beat handily, and in just over one quarter Jacory Harris has managed to throw 3 INTs for Miami. I'm pretty sure when all is said and done this will end up being another lousy bowl season for the ACC.

No sooner do I type that and Miami benches Harris and the backup QB.....wait for it.....throws the 4th INT today. And they're still only halfway through the 2nd quarter!

I must be going soft, but I actually feel bad for Tennessee. They have lost games in some excruciating ways this year.
