As an aside, I wonder if all of the little lawsuits that have been threatened could end up in one gigantic class-action suit against the NCAA and the BCS and anyone else similarly affiliated?
More than likely the various issues would be too broad for a single case, but if not, that suit would be more interesting than any college football season.
