I really have no idea what to think other than the fact that Gerrard has to be better than what we have right now.

He really didn't show anything in camp. If he did he wouldn't be in the situation hes in. He will get you more than Grossman, but too much risk there.

If San Francisco doesn't pick him up, then I think it's pretty obvious that they have every intention of making this season a "suck for Luck".

I'm not sure how much good it would do. Yes garrard has had more success than the guys currently on the roster, but how long will it take him to get up to speed with the offense? I'd pass.

Fair enough. In retrospect, picking up Gerrard would reek of an "old Redskins" move--picking up a declining veteran (a la McNabb and countless others). I'm kind of torn.
