Being a pirates fan as well I see a lot of Yadi Molina. Yadi gets some sweet GG gear from Rawlings. Every player has it on their glove but Yadi has had gold highlights on his chest protector and helmet too. Can't wait to see what Wieters gets.

That seems sort of cheesy. Like someone who wins an Olympic medal and insists on wearing it around everywhere.

I think his chest protector needs to have a picture of PA on it so the pitchers have something to aim at. Guaranteed to increase pitcher accuracy by 60%.

Rawlings does, I use his glove catching at my college. Yadier is sponsored by Rawlings, thus he gets the gold on his gear and whatnot. Wieters is with Under Armour, but used a Rawlings glove. The only gold you might see on him is the Rawlings red patch on the glove.
