I think we're going to see some changes between now and then. I think both Hunter and Matusz get a few more opportunities before they're moved to the bullpen/ AAA. Will Wada earn a spot? Will Zach get back to health? Lots of questions... That's why it's called predicting.
I assume Jake and Hammel are locks baring injury but'll put them in the pole anyway. Pick the 5 you like best

Same as now, with the exception of replacing Matusz with Eveland. I see Wada in the pen.

Arrieta
Hunter
Chen
Hammel
Wada
Matusz sent to AAA
A Lefty to replace Gregg ...One of the other relievers (maybe Patton) moved into long relief.

Call me crazy but I think it stays exactly the same. The one thing that I could see changing is Wada replaces Hunter, and Hunter becomes the long man. But my guess is that on June 1st it is the same 5 in the rotation, Chen is the long man in the bullpen, and Britton is in the minor leagues slowly working his way back.

Hunter sports the best winning % in the majors of all of our starters. He is by far our most established pitchers. Matusz has so far fallen flat on his face and his headed to AAA very soon if he doesnt turn it around. Wada was all but assured a spot in the rotation when he signed here. I doubt the front office would go back on their word and have the asian market leery of their honor. Which is very important in that culture.

That's what I said. Wada will be on a short leash. He gets Matusz' spot. I don't think Britton will be quite ready ready by then (but close.)

He won't be in the majors until early May. I don't think they push him right into the major league rotation from day 1. I also think that Matusz is about to turn the corner. I haven't said that for a year and a half, but I do belive that.

I like how Hunter has one bad outing and now a lot of people choose him to be out of the rotation. If Britton is healthy he will be in the rotation. Wada as the long man.

Two bad outings.

Arrieta, Hunter, Hammel, Chen, Matusz
Move either Hunter or Hammel to the pen if Britton is healthy. This hinges on Matusz improving. I think he looks better than he was at any point last season so I expect further improvement. As long as he gets some solid starts under the belt he isn't going to AAA. If Matusz goes to AAA I think Wada joins the rotation.

Why are you using winning percentage as a measure? Win/loss record for a pitcher means very little. The reason Hunter has a better winning percentage is because he's played most of his career for the Rangers, a great team. Whereas the other pitchers have played most of their careers with the Orioles.

Chen and Wada could combine to make one pitcher-5 innings for one, 4 innings for the other?

It has a lot to do with his stuff, which probably isn't good enough to go through good lineups multiple times. He's an ok backend of the rotation guy, but if you have other options, you use them.
I'll say Arrieta, Hammel, Matusz, Britton, and Chen. If Britton doesn't come back, then Hunter gets the spot. Hunter and Wada in the pen just makes our BP that much stronger.

I went Arrieta, Hammel, Hunter, Wada, Chen. Arrieta, Hammel, Hunter, I think we can count on to give us innings, and those 3 I have as locks for the rotation on June 1.
Chen doesn't look durable thus far. I don't have any sense of Wada's durability. Matusz is an anomaly. I think you can bet on any combo of Chen, Wada, Matusz, Britton for the last 2 slots. I went with Chen and Wada, as I expect those will be the two with the best average performance.
