Anybody have this phone? I'd be interested in your pros and cons on it. I'm looking at getting it at it would suite my needs for what I need a cell phone for.

I have the BlackJack - works great for me. It took me a while to get used to the keyboard but now I can knock out e-mails quickly on it. If you are in an area where AT&T has HSDPA the internet is fast and it also works great.

What I don't like the phone is no standard or even mini headphone jack. The camera is so-so and the the 4 way navigation pad is too close w/not enought differentiation from the softkeys. Unless you have really small hands it's very easy to accidentally hit one of the softkeys. None are dealbreakers IMO. I've used several WM phones and this is the second best one I've used. I liked the the T-Mobile Dash better as a phone but the lack of 3g is why I went w/the BlackJack.

My friend has it, and he likes it. Ive played with it, and its pretty cool. Unfortunately I can't give you much of a review, but I can tell you that the blackberry pearl is awesome.

Are you decided on the Blackjack yet?

To tell you the truth, if I stick with AT&T than I'm going to go get it. I like the ability to view Word and Excel files (that the main seller for me, I don't need to edit them on the road).

But I've been looking at Verizon BECAUSE they have a service called Chaperone (http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/splash/chaperone/index.jsp). It allows you to track a Chaperone enabled cellphone... you can also set up what they call Child Zone, and if the phone leaves the area, they send you a text message! And as someone with a 16 year old that thinks they know everything there is to know about in the world, this feature is a must on her phone. I've checked and so far Verizon seems to be the only provider that has this ability right know.

If I switch to Verizon, than I'm looking at the Motorola Q.

Any interest in the Treo? I don't have much experience with anything else but I love mine. It comes with Docs to Go so you can view MS Office and PDF files (can edit MS Office if you want too).
