Alright, so I'm talking about Bedard to my one friend, who is a Twins fan. We started comparing Santana and EB, and these are some things he's said:

"He's not that good"
"The Orioles suck, so he can't be that good"
"He doesn't strike people out like Santana does, and Bedard doesn't have any filthy pitches like Santana"
"He sucked in the first game of the year against Santana"
When I tell him that Santana wasn't that great in that game himself, he replies with: "Yeah but it was going to get worse for Bedard before they pulled him"

It amazes me how clueless people can be.
