How do you give rep points and see your own?

You give them via that little scale icon in the upper right of a persons post. There's a number (the post number of the thread), the scales, and an exclamation point in a triangle (for reporting posts to staff).
To see your own, you go to your User CP which can be accessed, most easily for me anyways, by the forum options bar near the top of the page, underneath the forum-thread pathway.
