He's had one - 1 inning affair where he gave up a run
And last night's outing was horrible...

Is he really ready for MLB? Is he tired, hurt?

Just because a player may not be 100% ready for the major leagues doesn't mean he shouldn't get called up... The O's should call up Olsen right now so he has time, during basically meaningless games for the O's, so he can learn and develop his skills against major league hitting so he can be more ready next year to contribute to the O's.

He wasn't really in the game long enough to be HORRIBLE. I wonder why he got pulled so soon.

How was last night's outing horrible? It was only 2 innings. We need to know why he was pulled so early. Was there another rain delay or something?

In many cases this is true, but questioning if there are any issues w/Olson is legitimate. After all his last two starts have consisted of 3 innings.

You do have to be careful not to bring someone up who is slumping. Everyone is all over Doyne about his poor performance in Baltimore and rightly so. I know it was out of their control due to injuries, but one thing to keep in mind is that they brought him up in the middle of a slump. Combine that w/the jump in the quality of the opposition and it is not a recipe for success.
