Good news! Salazar has been on fire all season long. He spent last season playing in Italy and comes back to the States in '07 to put up monster numbers in Double-A. He pounces on fastballs and not only hits home runs but drives balls into the gaps.

Waters is a guy who's career had been sidetracked due to injury but the left hander has really found his stride in the second half of the season. A 5th round pick by the Braves in 2000, Waters said that coming up through the Braves organization he was comparable to a Tom Glavine type pitcher. Recently, he really has looked like Glavine.

Both of these players have been important for Bowie's second half playoff push and deserve this recognition without a doubt.
