Yesterday, the Frederick Keys stopped by Ripken Stadium at the beginning of the Ironbirds game, on their way to Winston-Salem for their game. It was nice seeing Jake Duncan, Mark Fleisher, Ryan Finan and Blake Owen. The guys got something to eat, walked around saying "Hi' to old friends from their stay at Aberdeen. Some even got to see their old host families. Their new manager Tommy Thompson, the players that have never seen Ripken Stadium were amazed how nice it is.

I was about to ask on what map was Aberdeen on the way to Winston-Salem for the Frederick Keys, but then I realized they had a day game in Wilmington on the 12th and that worked out perfectly.

Another snark bites the dust.
