I am not sure why he has Jarrett Johnson ranked higher than B.J. Sams.

I can see that. Johnson will at least have a chance to make a big impact this season taking Adalius's place. That and Sams's prior injury makes that plausible.
On the other hand, ranking Ngata that low just shows that King is another national reporter that doesn't take the time to do thorough research and simply bases his opinions on what everyone else in the country already knows. In other words, don't expect any groundbreaking insight from him.
