Anybody watching this? TO's already dropped a pass. It'll be interesting to see what happens if Tony Romo doesn't step up his game today. Owens always has the potential to rip a clubhouse apart.
Great game so far. Living up to all the hype.

It seems to me like the Cowboys are beating themselves, with all their penalties.
Of course, as I type this Brady throws an absolute bomb to Moss.

Controversy on whether that is Brady's 5th TD or not , play under review.
If it is , it is his career high , supposedly.
No good on that TD. But a field goal makes it 31-24.
Now Brady breaks his single game TD pass record, hooking up with Donte Stallworth. 38-24 Patriots.

You know, I had Stallworth slated to start on my fantasy team, and somehow ended up with Torry Holt starting instead. And I'm going to lose because of it. The other guy has Brady and TO.

Way to run up the score at the end there Belichick. Did you really need to run the ball in with 19 seconds left and a 14 point lead?
New England wins, impressively, 48-27.
NE is the best team I've seen in a long time, I wouldn't be shocked to see them go undefeated. If they go to Indy and win, they'll have a pretty decent chance imo. At Baltimore and hosting Pitt are the only other tough games, but of course they could just have an off game at some point, hopefully when they host the Skins in 2 weeks.:D

I spent the whole game rooting for the Cowboys. I feel sick (mostly because I felt the need to root for the Cowboys :p).
Nice win though. Shula and Czonka and Griese are getting nervous...

Nah, they have nothing to worry about. Their division is awful so they'll have that locked up early and if they beat Indy in the epic matchup on Nov 4th they'll own what is effectively a 2 game lead on 'em for homefield advantage considering tie breakers. There will be no reason for a lot of their starters to play the final few weeks of the season.

Unfortunately for the Skins, BB will keep his team focused. For many great teams the week before an epic game is a good time to catch them looking ahead but I don't see it happening w/NE.

All i have to say is F Green Bay! LOL
For not stepping up to the plate for Moss.

This team is scary good. Their average margin of victory in 6 games is 23. They've covered the spread in every game. This is not supposed to happen in the NFL.

I agree, I don't give the Skins much of a shot at all in NE.
In regards to your post above this one, if NE is 13-0, I think there's a decent chance they'd try to go undefeated instead of resting a lot of guys. They'd probably beat the Jets and Dolphins at home regardless, but at NYG would be tough if they were resting some important guys.

Possibly, but not something we'll have to worry about. New England's bubble will be burst on November 4th. :)

Possibly, I wouldn't bet on it though. That's the only game I see left on their schedule where you'd really give the other team much of a chance. But again, anything can happen in the NFL and the Pats could just have an off game at some point.

The one thing with the Patriots is even though they are well prepared and have players who have been to war things may be going too easily for them this year. They remind me so much of the 2005 Colts its scary. Even though the 2006 Colts were not as good a team they were much better prepared for the playoffs having had tough games throughout the season.

They were losing today in the 3rd quarter, so pretty tough game.

For a bit but they still haven't really been tested in the 4th qtr of a game yet. As good as NE has looked so far when we get to playoff football I'd be surprised if they didn't have to play 60 minutes to advance. They might make it through the year w/o much game experience in those situations.

True, but I'd imagine they'll deal with that at least once, likely against the Colts. Plus, this is a team that has been through plenty of close 4th quarters over the past few years, and it's not a team that has changed that much, so I wouldn't worry too much about that if I were a Pats fan.

Nope, I wouldn't either but then again as a Colts fan I wasn't worried about the Colts when Pittsburgh came to town in the 2005 season.

They were tested today and responded in spades. This is seriously the best team I have ever seen. I probably shouldn't be making that proclamation this early but damn. I mean I remember the '93 Cowboys and '94 Niners, '91 Redskins, '99 Broncos. I really believe they go 16-0. IN a class all by themselves and I don't think there is a team close to them. The Colts are a good notch below this team.

They do look awfully good but I do think it is premature by at least a couple of weeks to make that kind of proclaimation. Dallas is a pretty good team but they were playing on a short week after an emotional hard fought win against a bad football team. I don't think NE was facing Dallas at their best.
