Every football fan needs to make this trip at some point. I try to make one Redskins game a year and this year we picked Green Bay. It's the most unique landscape for a game in any sport that I've been to. They're not the loudest fans in the world, but it is an example of how a sporting event should be. We were teased a little, but it was all good-natured. There was plenty of tailgaiting going on, but no one was belligerent. We were welcomed at a couple different tailgates and served brats, burgers, and beers. The game was frustrating in the sense that there were plenty of opportunities for the Skins to win it, but I've never had a better time at a game that wasn't a playoff game or Ripken's consecutive game streak-breaker.

I know the majority on here are Ravens fans. I strongly recommend you making a trip out there whenever they play there next. Fly from BWI to Milwaukee and drive on up, you won't be disappointed.

I got 2 tickets off of Ebay. I definitely paid way over face value. I bought them right before week 1. There was a risk that if both teams played poorly, I could get them for cheap later on. However, if I had waited until a week before the game, I would have probably had to spend 75% more than the inflated price I bought them for. The flight was non-stop from BWI to Milwaukee for $132. (Toured the Miller Brewing Company, drank a lot of High Life and saw Miller Park) Green Bay is about 2-2.5 hours from Milwaukee. We stayed in Oshkosh which was roughly halfway. I planned the flight and hotel in August, and the hotels in Green Bay laughed at me when I asked if there was an availability.
