- The strategy game, Carcassonne (normally 800 MS Points) will be free to download for a limited time (this Thurs. and Fri. only).

- Starting Dec. 2, you will be able to download original XB games over Marketplace. The first seven titles available will be Halo, Psychonaughts, Fable, Crimson Skies, Fusion Frenzy, Burnout 3: Takedown and Crash Bandicoot: Wrath of Cortex. No word yet on the download size of each game or the actual cost per title.

Minor Stuff

- Exclusive free content available to download thru Marketplace (doesn't list what it will be)

- a Play & Win contest. Play any XB Live game on Nov. 15th and you could win accessories, subscriptions, MS Points, etc.

- blah, blah blah. There's some other stuff, but nothing of great interest.

Pretty cool. I wonder if the strategy game is any good. I'll have to download it tomorrow. And it would be pretty cool if they added online multiplayer to the Halo download.

Just found out. For the Play & Win contest, you have to register at www.XBox.com/FiveReg (http://www.xbox.com/fivereg). Page seems to take forever to load though.

I've played the actual board game version a lot. Very excited about it being free on XBLA. It's a bit tricky to get the hang of, but I really enjoy it.

Just read that the original XB games won't have Acheivements or any kind of updates. I'm assuming that games that already had online multiplayer will still have online multiplayer. :(

Eh, at least they're re-releasing them...

And dammit, I was busy the last few days so of course I forgot to download the free game.
