Offseason Schedule and Deadlines

I noticed that there is a sticky in the Orioles Talk forum about who and where the FA's are going this offseason. First off I think that is awesome. I was wondering if the same could be done for offseason schedule. People talk about the winter meetings, the deadline for arbitration, and pitchers and cathcers report date often but do not cite dates. The dates are often cited in random threads, but those threads either disappear or become increasingly more difficult to find. So when say Belkast says "I think Tejada, Hernandez, and Bedard will be gone by the end of the winter meetings" I have no clue when that is, and I am sure others have the same quandry.
