I know we're really not even halfway through it, but the O's haven't done squat yet, and I'm getting worried that we wont be making any significant moves this offseason. I'm gonna be really ticked if we field the same team next year as we did in '07, to the point of not even following the team, probably.
Things could change in a minute, but I just wish we had something to go off of, just a little minor trade, something!

I don't really care if it's done in December or if they wait until March, I just want to see some positive moves for the future of the team.
If they go into '08 with the same dreadful core that nearly lost 100 games a year before, I think I'll find myself tuning into a lot more National games than in seasons past.

Good point - they're actually making some good moves in DC. Good for them, but we gotta stop messin around!

For some reason, all I can keep thinking about is Cool Hand Luke, and "sometimes nuthin' can be a real cool hand." And we don't have nothing. But McPhail is sitting back, half smiling, cards in his hands, just waiting...

Of course he could.
Maybe not in an hour.
