Ray, Ogden and Reed go to the pro bowl.
McGahee deserved to go.
McGahee deserved to go.
Yeah and Fred Taylor deserved to go too but you don't see him anywhere on the popularity contest roster.

Ogden didn't deserve to go at all.
Ray actually had a great season.
Ngata deserved to go, along with 3 or 4 other DT's in the AFC.

Ray deserved this, Reed was on the cusp of deserving this, Ogden in on way deserved this, but I understand why.
There is no excuse for Willis not to be on the Pro Bowl Team.

Ngata not being on the list is a big oversight IMO HOWEVER, he really wasn't all that great early on and that may have cost him.
However, i am not sure there is a more dominant DT in the league right now.
He is in the backfield on almost every play...He beats double teams routinely.
McGahee is an oversight.
BTW, Ogden doesn't deserve it but I wonder if this is more of a thing where they feel he is going to retire and wants to give him the honor of being a pro bowler every year of his career(i think he has been every year).
Plus, maybe he doesn't even go because of the toe.

About Ngata, its pretty clear that really only the first 12-13 weeks count for pro bowl voting. Ngata just caught on too late. If it was up until the last game of the season, I think he makes it in, but not the way it works now.

Over Addai, maybe, but in the top 3, I don't think so. LT, Parker, and Taylor are the the top 3 RB's in the AFC imo. The stats also reflect that. He has been better than I anticipated though.

Taylor has a case over McGahee...Honestly did forget about him.

I don't think he made it his rookie year (he played LG that year), but he's made it every year since then. It's like they say, most players don't get voted to the Pro Bowl the first time they deserve to, but many of them end up getting voted in at some point later in their careers when they didn't really have a Pro Bowl caliber year. Ogden making it definitely sounds like a farewell kind of deal. On the other hand, can anyone really name an AFC LT that they feel got snubbed?

Joe Thomas for one.
McGahee issue: He is 3rd in the AFC in rushing yards behind only LT and Willie Parker. Willie Parker only has two, thats right two, rushing td's. Parker also has less receiving yards and an offense that relieves pressure from him. McGahee is much more deserving than Parker. Case could easily be made for Jamal as well.

There is absolutely no way that the kid, Ryans I believe his name is, from Houston deserved to start over Ray this year. Ray is actually having one of his best years in my opinion. Even though he's lost a step, he is still a huge force in the middle.

Was he? I can see why he didn't get it even if he was deserving. Since he was a rookie only the teams that Cleveland played got to see him. And since the Browns didn't make any appearances on national TV not many fans know of him yet either. And being a rookie, especially a rookie lineman (and thus plays more in anonymity), he's not going to get the benefit of the doubt yet until he's better known around the league.

I mean I understand WHY he did not get it but I'm just saying he was definitely more deserving. I understand why Ogden got it but I'm just saying that he did not deserve it for this actual season.
