O's Fans

After reading 10 pages of the reported PA nixed the Bedard deal i have had enough! I would truly be throughly disappointed if it is true.... But what I am most upset about is the posters saying they are done with the O's. Please understand, I am not at all happy with the O's front office and how they have been playing, but to give up on a team you supposedly love and care about so much is quite frankly bull$#@!! Maybe its just me but I don't care how many times the O's mess up or break my heart, I will never leave or stop loving them. The O's are my team, and they will remain my team till I rot. Sorry if that sounds cryptic... But pretty much, if you truly give up on the O's and are seriously gonna go find a new team, go head, i actually encourage it because I don't want fans who wont ride with us to the end... You will not find me begging you to come back, but you will most certainly find me kicking you off the band wagon if you decide to hop back on.. Also to the posters who said they are done with the O's and happen to read this, I'm not trying to anger you and I don't want you think i look at you in a negative manner, because I don't, If you have a post tomorrow, I would read it just like any other day... I just cant believe anyone would give up on the O's if you really are a fan... Again, Sorry if I offended any, I just couldn't take it any more Andrew

Absolutely correct. Sure, things look pretty sucky right now, but you always have to stick with 'em. You can take 10 losing seasons, but you can't take one frusterating offseason? C'mon.

Plus, the offseason isn't even over, so, keep your pants on everyone!

I agree. I live in NC now but I still make it a point to see the Os in Baltimore every year. I do hate it when there are more Red Sox or Yankees fans there. Last year I was at a game in which the fans had a standing ovation when the Red Sox player hit a grand slam. I have also been around when the fans booed our Orioles even when we we winning. I know the Orioles have not been good in recent memory, but I bleed Orioles blood, and it is disheartening to root for the home team and be a minority. With that said, I will always be a Baltimore fan.

Don't worry about offending any of them. They deserve it.
