Further down on page one of this forum is this thread (http://forum.orioleshangout.com/forums/showthread.php?t=57914), (which incidentally references an even earlier thread) that asks and answers the same question.

I always end up forgetting and just quote a post that had an picture in it, and cut and paste the command tags to use in my reply. The other important thing to remember is that it only works in some forums and not others. (Not sure why, though it shouldn't be a space issue as the pic files have to hosted elsewhere. Bandwidth?) So I've seen pics in Orioles Talk. Not sure where else they can be seen.
