I'm proposing a quote off. I'm still formulating the rules and I'm open for suggestions, but I propose the following to start:
1) Five players
2) Set a specific date and time
3) No cheating, you can't use any sorts of notes or the internet, honor system obviously
4) Each player pulls together 10 quotes. It can be obscure, but has to be an actual recognizable quote. No grabbing random sentences.
5) We go one at a time, posting one quote at a time while alternating. First person of the other four candidates that identifies the quote via identifying the episode or exchange or whatever gets credit for that one. Five minute limit per quote. Score is 5-number of minutes from the post to identification. If nobody gets it, the "host" gets five points.
6) If a quote doesn't pass muster amongst the other four, it gets discarded.
We'll need to have a few more than 10 quotes ready because some of your quotes might get used by other people. First five to sign up. I'm in. Who else is?
