I like what I've seen of Quiroz so far. Very impresed with his discussion of how Olson was opning himself up so much on his delivery and that was why his pitches were coming in high in his outing the other day. A catcher who can be a 2nd pitching coach on the field can be an asset. Just hope he can hit enough to make it worth keeping him on the roster.

Well said, and I concur.

Gibbons even being considered for a job after his lies and disappointments is a joke to me. If there ever was such a thing as a necessary eating of salary, Jay Gibbons would be the best possible example of that. To think, he was our player rep and was outspokenly against steroids and such.
