New COD4 MAPS!!!

New maps are on Live for DL, but Live is all screwed up from the volume. 800 points, 4 pretty decent maps. One is straight from COD2, one is an awesome sniping map, one is like for 1 on 1 or 2 on 2 real tiny, and the last one is just a normal sized new one.

Alright, I'm an admitted Xbox Live idiot. I bought the maps, but how do I play them? I just play an Xbox Live match and hope the game I get placed in uses the news maps? Do you have to do anything special once you download them?

Our tech guy for the hangout is having tech problems with XBOX Live, that shouldn't be!:D

All kidding aside though, you are right. Now that you've downloaded the maps you'll be able to play them, but since you don't get to choose the map in the game setup you have to wait for it to come up. I would imagine they will work them in pretty frequently since they are new.

The first weekend they had the new maps set up under their own individual play list but now it's just random. FYI Killhouse is a Free-For-All only map (It may be on the 1v1 list too, I haven't checked).

Yeah the maps are 800 points and you have to buy 1000 points. I think they are between 15-20 dollars.


The creek is not my favorite I get owned on that map.
Chinatown is my favorite new map.

PS3 release date for the maps has been set, April 24th.

I bought the maps for PS3, they are pretty sweet but Creek and Broadcast are both big time sniper levels which I don't mind too much as there really aren't any great sniper levels included originally.

BTW, they cost $9.99.
