Who ya got?

I will be rooting for the Chelski. They are the lesser of the two evils. I hate the dirty Mancs. Don't know if they can win a big game when Steve Bennett isn't refereeing (sp?)
2-2 Chelsea win on pk's. (which Cech isn't very good at)

If I had to bet it I'd bet Chelski, though I think it should be a great game. I doubt Chelsea wins if it goes to PK, for the reason you mention.

I disagree on the lesser of two evils. Sir Alex is class, and treats the game with respect. I don't care for many of the players but I respect the way he conducts business. Chelsea with their yuppie fans and oligarch owner is the root of all evil, as Lewis Black would say.

I'm sure what Gallden meant by saying "the lesser of the two evils" is that the Mancs have been a winning club for the past 20 years, and Chelsea has only been relevant since Roman took over and hired Jose (who isn't there anymore).

So as for me being a Liverpool fan, I would have to root for Chelsea for two reasons:
1. I can't stand to see Manure win any trophy, let alone the most prestigious in all of club football
2. My younger brother is a Chelsea fan, and I can't stand to see his team finish in 2nd in 3 competitions (Carling Cup, Prem, and Champions League).

I just don't like SAF he is whiny always tries to work the officials through the media and he has Steve Bennett in his back pocket, he(Benett) defiantly helped them beat Wigan I could go on about but thats water under the bridge.

On a side not Roman is going to pay Amy Winehouse upward of a million quid to play for his girlfriends birthday.

Ballack and Drogba will be the key to Chelsea winning, the middle of the pitch is where the chavs can dominate the game and if Ballack & Co. can do that then its theirs to lose IMO

I understand what you are saying. I guess if you are not a fan of any of the big four the world looks differently. From my perspective all of the big four are terribly arrogant organizations who benefit from their reputations when it comes to officiating. My club has had loans and other dealings with all of the big 4 in recent years, and I can say that of them all Sir Alex was the most even-handed and was the only one who didn't seem to use the fact that ManU was ManU to bully. I still don't like them, but I have nothing against them.

Really the way of the world is going the other way. One example... Liverpool refused to rework a gate sharing agreement this year with Luton for the FA Cup replay that helped land Luton deeper in financial chaos. (Not that they had any obligation to do so, but it did seem a cruel gesture not to help out considering the disparity.) Truth is I hate Luton more than any of the big 4, so I was not too sad to see it happen. But it was a terrible thing for the broader English structure, and looked rather trite.

The big 4 all have lots of bad qualities but for my money, they also have the best quality - world class talent.

I heart DD but really like Avram Grant more and more. Ballack is playing his best football in quite some time and Essien has been the man. Grant has found a wonderful fit with Anelka and his ability help to possess in the middfield, play with his back to the goal, and let DD play off him. What had DD initially upset about a possible replacement has now turned into a relationship that only makes DD that more dangerous.

Gallden, i feel you. Carrick has little to offer, and Chelsea can domi, especially if Essien plays in the middle.

But it bears mentioning Scholes is one of the most underrated players ever, although he is now older and not the player he once was. Like Makelele.

Essien is also very underrated he was the change that happened in Liverpool/Chelsea game that won it for them. He does the dirty work that he never gets credit for. Scholes is a dirty dirty player he gets away with alot in England, not sure if he will tomorrow night or not. But I think like you said baltimoron Carrick is weak as is Owen H. Ballack will boss the midfield tomorrow night.

Rooting for my boys in Blue. GO CHELSEA!

I'm the only one out of everyone on my soccer team to root for them. Everyone is a Man U, Liverpool, Arsenal, or Aston Villa fan.

I'll be cheering for Man U simply for the fact I want to see Paul Scholes win the CL while being on the field. A superstar who is still modest and doesn't run his mouth, not exactly a dime a dozen these days.

Man U! Rather sloppy ending, too bad for Chelsea, I was rooting for them at the end there.

Nothing better than Ronaldo missing a penalty and John Terry crying.

Scholes is a dirty player. Probably the worst in the premiership. He didn't play in the final in 99 b/c he accumulated too many yellows.
