Here is a scouting report on Tim Beckham:

I know he is a long shot to drop to 4, but Keith Law, in his latest mock draft does have us picking him.

I do have some concerns about his swing, but the tools are all there for him to succeed and make the proper adjustments. I wouldn't pass on a talent like Beckham, though to be honest I still feel more comfortable with the safety in picking Smoak.

I say pass on this guy. If we take a high school talent, I want to be pretty sure his bat will translate to pro ball...ie. hosmer.

I'm with this...chances are one of those 3 will be available for us. I'd like to get someone who isn't a HSer.
