How do I post polls on a new thread?

When you hit "make a new thread", below the SUBMIT button is a box with ADDITIONAL OPTIONS. The fourth (out of five) options is to make a poll.

I haven't tried to make a poll recently, but is this a "plus member" thing? I can't recall.

Yes, it's a Plus Member only feature.
