For a movie that is 22 years old, it still makes you laugh. Caught it again on MaxHD and Matthew Broderick was made for this movie.
Ferris: Not that I condone fascism, or any -ism for that matter. -Ism's in my opinion are not good. A person should not believe in an -ism, he should believe in himself. I quote John Lennon, "I don't believe in The Beatles, I just believe in me." Good point there. After all, he was the walrus. I could be the walrus. I'd still have to bum rides off people.

"I'm so disappointed in Cameron! 20 bucks says he's sitting in his car, debating whether or not to come over."
"...he'll keep calling me...he'll keep calling me until I come over...he'll make me feel guilty...oh, this is ridiculous! Ok, I'll go. I'll go. Shi...I'll go...what...I'll go...UUUUNH!"
I don't know why, but that part gets me every single time. Matthew Broderick might be made for Ferris, but Alan Ruck sells that movie. My friends and I used to say it might have been called "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" but it was more about Cameron's growth than Ferris when you really think about it. Beyond Jeannie, he's the only character that changes, and Jeannie barely changes.

"Anyone? Something d-o-o economics."
One of my absolute favorite movies growing up. I still watch it at least once a year. The 80's would not have been the same without John Hughes.

The Charlie Sheen/police station scene was great.

By far my favorite movie when I was in high school. I watched it so many times that I had almost all the lines of the movie memorized.

Was recently on TCM... classic!
The Charlie Sheen/police station scene was great.
Charlie stayed up for 2 straight days before shooting that scene so he would look that strung out...

I never miss it when it's on.
Um, he's sick. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with the girl who saw Ferris pass out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious!
