I think you said that too soon. I can't believe Cindy's not down on the field killing the ump right now. That "strike three" was way below the knees and outside.

Also, nice job by Cintron getting over to back up the play. He didn't make even the slightest move toward 2B until after the throw went by Roberts. It would have been too far to the right field side for him to get it, but his lack of effort just adds insult to injury. If your tools are as severely limited for your position as Cintron's you really need to be hustling your arse off at all times and he really doesn't.

Though I do have a baseball tracker from brookstone. Since I am both and O's and pirates fan I keep the tracker on the team that has won that day, and if niether has won I turn it so it is facing the wall. I personally think it was a good place to bring in Bukvich. If he gives up a run or two that is not horrible. I also think he is not a long term solution. The key for me to a strong BP is a good long man, and the O's just lost theirs. They really need Bukvich to be able to pitch the next inning effectively

I don't like Sarfate coming in here. I don't dislike sarfate, quite the opposite. But the guy who finished the 6th has to pitch the 7th. Early in the year that would have been Albers or JJ. Now albers is gone for awhile, and JJ is setting up. They need to find the 1+ inning guys who are effective fast or else risk running the BP into the ground.
