View Full Version : Trouble with Plus membership access.

I have had trouble around two months getting any access to the plus membership. It says my password is incorrect. It is one I had for two years so I dont know how it is wrong now. Also the company ask for the credit card number I used to buy the membership with. I frankly have five or six cards and have no idea which one I used.

Any way to get me back to viewing Plus stuff? There has been several stories and Tony's prospect opinions I have wanted to view.

For your protection, I can't access your password information with CCBill. I can't see it. If I could, I could sign up for any service CCBill offers and have them bill you.

Let me see if there is anything Tony can do...

Apparently I bought the membership with an old credit card or my bank card. When they tried to rebill me they couldnt get money so they canceled my Plus Membership. I never got an e-mail about it. I had to start over from scratch. I hope it is okay now. I can see Plus stuff again but am confused about sending the info numbers to the editor-oh@orioleshangout.com.

The link asked me for server numbers to email him. I dont know these numbers myself. My wife is the computer person. I just emailed the numbers from my personal email address.

I am confused:(

You did everything right! Your access to the Plus content on the message board is/will remain intact. Access to Plus content on the front page is restored and will remain intact for the length of your subscription until you re-up again. Thanks for the subscription, by the way!!!

Cool. I feel better now. I am like a kid in a maze with computer stuff.

I love the site and kinda feel it is my duty to support it. Much cheaper than the Baltimore Sun paper and I get sooo much more stuff.
