If there isn't a strong US representative in an event, are there any countries that you tend to also root for? I studied abroad in Barcelona and have always enjoyed Spanish culture so I tend to root for Spain as a second-favorite.
Are there any specific non-American teams or countries you root for?

Actually, the one for me is Lithuania, but only in basketball.

I root for the USA and Israel, even though they aren't in many events.

Pretty much....I mean, there may be some good individual stories that you root for(like that french swimmer they profiled last night...would love to see her shove it down Pelligrinis throat) but other than that, its all about the USA.
