If you look at what they've done within the division, is the reason why they've failed so miserably this year.

Joe Angel?

Yup.

There's really no good reason why I said that except for that i'm drunk, and figured the best way to make my first post of the game thread tonight would just to be to type the first thing I heard Joe Angel say.

I'm actually surprised you picked up on it as insignificant as it is. Well done.

Did you hear earlier when he was teasing his producer about "downloading stuff on the internet", then explaining the "ding" sound as a "boyoyoyong" sound? How unintentionally hilarious was that?

I missed that, but that is hilarious... Wish I would have tuned in a few minutes earlier... Nothing beats Joe Angel!

BTW - i've been royally bored since i've been done with The wire, so I found a new TV show... It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. It's hilarious. Heard of it?

I'm planning on getting down with Dexter here shortly.

Another show you might not be watching that rules is Intervention.

Let me re-quote this, I'm pretty sure there is a hurricane close to us in the Carribean, but were getting the rains and winds from it. To those of you that think Florida is hotter than Maryland... You're dead wrong. We have breezes from the Gulf. We're just hot year -round that's it. Just thought I'd give you that piece of information.

The disturbance closest to the United States is located about 200 miles east of the Leeward Islands and is moving toward the west-northwest at 10 to 15 mph. Showers and thunderstorms have flared during the day with this area of low pressure but are not currently collocated with the circulation center. This system will be monitored over the next several days and may eventually get into a better environment for development. In the Leeward Islands, expect increasing showers the next 36 hours.

If you look at the splits he really hits the wall at 90 pitches. From 90 to 120 he is about the same.

Rocky Cherry in to face the PHer Francisco. Francisco has better splits vs. RHP than he does LHP so this should be interesting...

MurphDogg

Dy-no-mite! Walker got the lefty and the match-up they wanted on the switch hitter, and forced Wedge to bring in a righty to face Cherry.

Indians' announcers sd that Ramon "just lolly-gagged it back to the backstop" on that WP/PB. I guess it's widely known how poor a catcher is--and, as I type, Ramon almost blows even the K. :eektf:
