Based on my recent viewings, two that would be very high on my list are:
1. Unforgiven - William Muny's bad a$$ery at the end.
2. Carrie - the prom scene

I like the scenes in The Patriot when Mel Gibson rescues his sons from th British and then at the end too, when he runs that Brit through the neck with the bayonet.

Marv from Sin City. Pick a scene, any scene, he dishes out plenty of vengeance!

Marcellus Wallace and his "gonna get medievel on his ass" speech from Pulp Fiction.
Khan dying, thinking he has his revenge in Wrath of Khan.
Huggybear taking a club to Reese's face in Starsky and Hutch. "I found your 9-Iron, *****! Don't ever lay hands on Huggybear!"

Awesome choice.
I'll go with a recent choice. How about Harvey Dent/Two-Face's last scene with Jim Gordon's family in The Dark Knight.
Pretty sweet revenge scene (Although I guess he didn't actually get the revenge, but whatever.)

One off the top of my head, more of a Karma revenge than something anyone set up...
Carmen Diaz, out of her mind, running, screaming down the street, at the end of Very Bad Things.

Wow. Nice timing on the thread. I literally just turned this movie off 10 minutes ago. If you like revenge movies, I HIGHLY recommend this one starring Kevin Bacon. Kelly Preston and John Goodman are also in it.

When the villian, Magua, gets jacked up by Chingachgook at the end of Last of the Mohicans. No question.

Really? You are going to have to explain this one to me (why the movie was good, not the revenge part). I only saw it once, and thought it was the most far reaching turd I'd seen in a while.
Perhaps I've misjudged you Mr. Slevin.

Yes! The expression on Bacon's face when he puts two and two together is priceless.

Not sure if this counts, but when Clint Eastwood blows away the bad guy in the original Dirty Harry movie it's pretty gratifying.
Kind of in a different direction, when Paul Newman and Robert Redford finally pull off "The Sting" it is very sweet.

I think that counts (since he had taken everything so personally, I call it revenge even though he was just doing his job), and it's a good choice.

When Charlie Conway uses the triple deke (sp?) to win the game for Gordon Bombay and defeat Coach Riley's evil Hawks.
On a more serious note, I'll take some of Bruce Lee's revenge shots in "Enter the Dragon".

Not Peckinpah's best film by a longshot — hell, I don't even think it's a very good film by any measure — but I can't believe this thread has gone on this long without a mention of Straw Dogs.
When Charles Bronson finally gets the drop on Henry Fonda in Once Upon a Time in the West, flashback and all — gold.
And the entirety of John Boorman's Point Blank proves that revenge is a dish best served cold, hard and completely devoid of pesky emotions. The original Get Carter with Michael Caine is pretty good in this regard, too.

I guess all of the Death Wish movies with Mr. Bronson.
The most creepy:
Last house on the left (don't watch this movie)
Deliverance (I like this movie, but I like to skip some scenes)
I'm sure I can think of more, but after those 2 choices I don't want to anymore.

Marcellus Wallace and his "gonna get medievel on his ass" speech from Pulp Fiction.
Ya know, I'm not sure how to pick one scene when Tarantino put together two full length movies about revenge. I've killed a hell of a lot of people to get to this point. And I am gonna KILL BILL! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NSR7xRGBnOE)

C'mon nobody's mentioned Michael Corleone? He took out Sal Tessio, Carlo Rossi, Moe Greene, Phillip Tattalgia, Victor Strachi, Carmine Cuneo, and Emilio Barzini and that was just the end of the first Godfather. Fredo, Hyman Roth buy the farm in II and Frank Pentangeli saves him the trouble, slashing his wrists in a bathtub.

I'm fond of the Scarface scene where Pacino, with his arm in a sling, blows away the guy who turned on him, along with the crooked cop.
My favorite part is the petrified goon in the corner who just stands there spooked, and Pacino considers shooting him but instead offers him a job. That's just hilarious to me.

I found a bunch of Calvin & Hobbes avatars and I have been debating in my head if I am going to rotate through some of the better ones. Spaceman Spiff is my favorite and will be my permanent avatar, but I think i might occasionally bust out a few of the others.

How about most of the last 30-40 minutes of Tombstone?
Starting with the train scene, when Earp tells Ike to 'Run you curr!!! And tell the rest of you currs that the law's coming. You tell 'em I'M coming; And HELL'S COMING WITH ME'.
Then the scene w/ Doc Holliday and Johnny Ringo - 'I'm your huckleberry'
Love that movie!

I also must point out, the entire last 1/2 to 2/3 of the Denzel Washington flick 'Man on Fire'.
If you have not seen this movie, do yourself a favor. Stop what you are doing, run - don't walk - to the store, and rent/buy this movie to watch TONIGHT. The first 30 minutes or so are a bit slow, but when Denzel gets PO'd, it is ON. Whatever you normally watch on Monday's, this movie is WAAAAY better, trust me. Definitely better than Jags/Texans on MNF
The scene w/ the guy on the hood of the car is particularly sweet, for those who have seen it.

Not one scene, but the entire movie of "The Count of Monte Cristo".
This is one of my all time favorites, a little long but well worth it.
Not a dull moment in the entire movie.
