Darth Vader alone wins it for me. I couldn't imagine the character without JEJ doing the voiceover. Imagine Sean Connery doing the voice of Darth Vader..... nope.

James Earl Jones lost his lisp (or was it that he stuttered really bad as a child? It was one of the two). Sean Connery still sorta has one, even if he makes it work for him really well. Jones it is. ;)

James Earl Jones' voice is real, whereas Connery's Scottish accent has seemed deliberate and overdone the last couple decades. Listen to the original James Bond's and you'll hear the difference.
