So if FSU wins tonight, next week would be the deciding game to see who goes to the ACC Championship, correct?
If so, I'm rooting for FSU big time tonight.

So now that FSU choked at home to BC, if we win next week and the Eagles lose at Wake does that clinch us the division title?

Yes. MD would have a 2 game lead over everyone in the division with 1 to play in that scenario.
