Yeah they probably needed to charge for their online content just like the Baltimore Sun should have. I mean who is going to pay for a subscription to a magazine or a paper if they pretty much put the same content online?

Um... me? ;)
Seriously, I just renewed my EGM subscription. Looks like I'm up a certain creek without a paddle. :D

I used to have a subscription to EGM about 5 yrs ago. I've tried to stop subscribing to magazines since I realized that I have alot of trouble getting rid of them once I've read them.
Well that sucks. I've been a subsciber for more than 10 years. Sad day. I guess I'm down to just Game Informer.

I used to get a few video games mags sent to me and when I was a kid I couldn't wait to get them. Now I just go to IGN or 1up.com and get reviews and previews for games that way.
