Dynasty League 1st year draft help

So this year I am in a dynasty league, this is the first year that it has started.

This league has a salary cap and salaries are based on the players statistics from last year.

Wieters has the minimum salary this year and I can potentially sign him to a deal at the min for 4 years.

This is a 20 team league, I was wondering what would be the earliest round you would take him in considering all the above.

If you need some more information about the league to better answer my question feel free to ask.

If you want to be really risky I'd almost consider going with the second or third round. At minimum salary that really helps free up money for other players and Wieters is destined to be a to 3 catcher (for the record, CBS did an article on Wieters vs. Martinez to see who was the number 2 catcher in the league, before Matt has even played a game.)
