'89 "Why Not" Celebration / Collection

Hello all,

I was wondering if there are any plans to officially tip the cap to the Why Not team.

Additionally, are any game-tapes of the '89 season available? Occasionally MASN runs the O's'/Angels-Devereaux home run game. It is thoroughly enjoyable. It would be nice to again see Steve Finley and Cal Ripken start it all.

One last question. I recall a website that listed the box scores or otherwise had a run-down or each game/series of that season. Unfortunately, I can no longer find the URL. Might someone pass that along to me?

P.S. '89 was the most fun I had as an Orioles fan. How I wish they would have won just a few more games.

Baseball-reference.com or Retrosheet.org should have boxes from each game.

I have a VHS tape somewhere in a box of baseball stuff, that was called "Orioles - Why Not?", I believe. It may have been a 1989 or 1990 tape, that Giant stores sponsored.

It had highlights from the whole season on it, IIRC.

I'll have to see if I can find it, as I do remember it being a fun tape to watch. I think there was even a song on it, called "Why Not?"
