Can someone inform me why he is still on the board? Is he injured?

He was injured last year, which was part of the reason he didn't sign.
Many teams have been scared off by his previous injury and expected asking price to sign.
He will probably go in the sandwich round or early 2nd round.

He has labrum issues. The Orioles will not draft him.

Even if he falls to us in the 2nd? Not that many analyst know what we're thinking, but in a few mocks that I read he was going as high as 5th to us. He hasn't been injured since the mocks so what were those analyst thinking?

Hijaking... But that poor kid with the stress fracture - Kyle Gibson. I'll bet the O's wouldn't have picked him with the last pick of the draft!

That's the first time I have heard his injury specifically discussed. There has been almost no public mention of what his problem was. It definitely explains why he has fallen.
