I finished Ross Bernstien's book about a week ago...it's the second of his I have read, the 1st being The Code: Baseball's Unwritten Rules and Its Ignore-at-Your-Own-Risk Code of Conduct ...he has a third out in this series for all you puck heads that is likely just as good...

Anyway, the football book was just as hard to put down as his baseball book was...the football book has quotes from Ravens' Matt Birk and Colts legend Art Donovan...

The book covers all from what is said in the locker room, stays in the locker room to what happens in a pile up on the field...
