This one's not going quite as pathetically as I had anticipated.

14-6 FSU right now, Wujciak just returned an INT 82 yards to the 8 yard line, though. Bet we can't score a TD!

Nice call to go for it there.

Nice call to go for it there.Yeah, if you're 2-8, you have to go for that.

Nice half for the Terps especially with the late TD.

14-13 'Noles at the half.

Terps take the lead with 4:29 left in the game. Win or lose, this has been their best showing of the season. Especially for the O-line.

INT Terps! Hopefully they can burn the last 3 minutes here.

TD FSU with 30 seconds left. If the Terps lose this one, and it looks like they will, it will be because athletically they cannot compete with teams like FSU. I thought MD played a more sound game than FSU, except for some false starts on the O-line. But FSU's athletes (namely team speed) was the difference in this game. The WR Reed practically beat the Terps all by himself. MD has to get faster if they are ever going to get out of the ACC basement.

The punt return by FSU to set up the TD was terrible tackling and over pursuit. They throughly out played FSU in the second half. Tough loss to a rebuilding year.

The offensive game plan was better today with the short passes getting the QB comfortable and opening up th running game. Something to build on for next year.

Yeah, I could not disagree more with this assessment. The loss today was not about the difference in team speed.

FSU still holds an athletic advantage, but it is negligible enough that MD was able to go to Tallahassee and put up 400 yards of offense.

You could see MD had plenty of their own athletes that could physically compete with FSU... like the TE's Watson, and Devonte Campbell.... or with their LB's....

MD's secondary still needs help, but they can improve from within next year, and Tate was out.

Well then, we disagree. MD competed today because the OL opened some good holes for the running game, allowing them to control the ball. Also, the Terps didn't make many mistakes, and they took advantage of FSU turnovers. They lost the game because FSU got the ball in the hands of their playmakers just enough times for them to run circles around the Terps. The lack of team speed, especially on the defense, was pretty apparent to me today.

Terps? Meh....

Catch the Oregon/Arizona game? That was awesome.

Funny stuff when the Arizona fans can flowing out of the stands w/30 seconds left thinking they'd surely win the game. 2 OTs later an Oregon wins. Punk kids! :laughlol:
