Bluetooth and your PC

So, I have a Blackberry with Bluetooth, my Bluetooth headset, and a Bluetooth network printer (it's currently set up on my home network, and I don't really have any plans to switch over to Bluetooth, just mentioning that it's available).

I also have Skype software on my laptop and my PC, neither of which are bluetooth capable, but I'm thinking about getting a dongle (http://www.amazon.com/Usb-Bt21-Bluetooth-Dongle-Usb-Class2/dp/B002MT2LOK/ref=wl_it_dp_o?ie=UTF8&coliid=I1M81UJNDQGGQ1&colid=2YCOX2U2GFCDX) for each machine.

A few questions:

Is the dongle in the link a piece of crap? It seems pretty inexpensive, but it looks like that's right around what others cost. Plus, I've heard of this brand and feel like they have a fairly trustworthy reputation. If there's another brand I should look for, I'd appreciate a push in the right direction.

Second, with the Skype software on my computers, each phone number that displays on the screen has a small, green telephone icon next to it that I can click to call whatever establishment I'm viewing. I'd really only be able to use it with my webcam's microphone, which I'm not wild about, so I'm wondering if I can link my headset to the computer and call a person or place from my computer that way. Is that how it works?

Or you can get a hoojie for $25 that connects a normal phone to a USB slot so you can use that phone with skype just like a phone.
