Nobody gives a crap about any of the other golfers.

That'd be true whether Tiger has spent the last 6 months in sex rehab or not.

How is Tiger not the featured group on the live stream?

Well, it is the Masters. We'd all still be watching it.

I think Tiger is going to struggle today.

I loved the picture of him on ESPN.com this morning...

I can't wait for Don Cheadle to play Tiger in a movie.

He just hit an absolutely brilliant draw-hook approach on 9 to turn a potential bogie into a birdie. Awesome, awesome shot.

Real golf fans care about the whole field, IMHO. I guess Tiger draws a lot of folks who only care about him, and I guess on the whole that's good for the game, but if you really love golf you want to see everyone, not just Tiger. Thankfully Directv has 5 channels of coverage, so even if ESPN shows nothing but Tiger we can still see a good chunk of the rest of the tournament.

Love the Masters. It'd be a great story if Tiger could win and from the front 9 it looks as though he's got the game to do it. But, it'd be just as good a story if Tom Watson won (maybe better), or David Duval, or... well, there are a lot of great golfers in this field, lot of great stories possible.

Ha! Blew that prediction.

Impressive round by Tiger.

How about Watson and Couples?? I love to see that same leader board in contention on the back nine on Sunday.

Mickelson is going to choke on Sunday.

Probably shoots one or two over.

Man, this is going to be a GREAT Sunday at the Masters! So many good players bunched in there. I'm rooting for Tiger, Phil and Fred Couples, pick one.

What a day....

AK came out and put a # on the board, that's all he could have wanted.

Phil's shot on 13 was fantastic...I hate the guy with a vengeance...but he has played great today.

Tiger must be pissed...to really have played bad and maybe still had a chance...a few better swings and he is right there.

Mickelson earned it.

Congrats to Phil. He was awesome today. Very happy for him with what he and his family has been through in the last year.

Im not surprised by what Tiger did but it's none the less impressive. Guy hasn't played a tourny in 5 months and struggles mightily the last two days but still finds a way to put up 70 and 69 to finish in 4th place. Dude is the greatest grinder I've ever seen in any sport.

Mickelson earned it.

Ill say! A bogey free round, from where he was hitting it was incredible.

I will say I think I'm more impressed that Tiger shot 69, and finished at -11 than if he had won.

I think it truly shows what type of player and skill the man has, when his swing had totally fallen apart, and he was missing putts and making un tiger-like moves....yet he still puts together an above average round. We've all had days where our swing was crap and for the most part, we all mail it in...chalk it up as a day wasted....to be a man at that level, go through that situation and still hold it together and try to improve as he went....remarkable.

I'm really not sure why anyone is surprised that Tiger played as well as he did. The man may be an egotistical moron, but he's a great golfer, and always will be.
