Irvin’s command has been terrible since his first two starts in ST. That encompasses his last three starts in ST and first three starts this season. Mullins saved him at least one run and Waltimore saved him another. He looked totally pissed when Hyde removed him one out away from qualifying for the win but it was the right move. I will say, he looked the best in that 5th inning but I didn’t trust him. -

I’d like this but I’m out of rep. You’re not wrong. But this is a great place to learn, too. Coming in with scorching hot takes and not knowing how to back up an argument isn’t a great way to make friends here. IMO, it’s a place for knowledgeable fans and people who want to learn. It’s not Facebook or something. -

Yeah, but if they lose their next two they’re on a pace for 90 wins, maybe out of the wildcard, and practically dead again. Nailed it!
