    • In fairness to my boy, Urias, he's only had 24 at-bats. He's now on a 4-game hit streak, during which he has a .780 OPS.  Not saying it's going well, or even that he should be playing more, but I think it's a super small sample size.
    • Yup. They'll adjust to him, he'll stink for a few games, he'll figure them out then back to being Stan Musial for Cowser!
    • Impressive. This young team is really coming together. Everyone should keep Westburg, Cowser, Gunnar, Adley, in mind when worrying about Holliday. They had long stretches of “struggling”.  The exit velos at the MLB level are impressive.
    • As a team, the Orioles currently rank 4th in xwOBA at .342 (lg avg: .322).  Our wOBA is 9th at .327 (lg avg: .316).  Normalization of the team’s walk rate should provide a tailwind going forward.
    • Westburg’s whiff rate is high but his strikeout rate is only 18% so it looks like he has a better approach with two strikes. Cowser has a beautiful swing but it’s like he tries to keep it level on low pitches instead of using the Tony Taters approach of letting the bat head go into golf mode.
