If I were a GM with a middling team that doesn't want to tank, I'd be looking to trade with the O's. You have to think that it wouldn't take much to get Elias' attention for Urias or O'Hearn, and I bet we'd definitely listen on Mountcastle at least.
You’re half right. @Frobbyloved hearing about how the ball comes out of their hands.
I’m here to talk about how different the ball sounds coming off someone’s bat when the variables involved aren’t all that different. I’m sure the ball sounds WAY different coming off Jackson Holliday’s bat because he’s a future Hall of Famer compared to a scrub like Jorge Mateo.
I got a 9/9, 168 today. I thought that might have been my highest score while still getting 9/9, but it turns out that I’ve topped that 4-5 times, including one time where I was at 9/9, 335.
Looks like not enough data on the pitch clock and injuries yet. Some heads of pitching academies think aeticle doesn't cause any more injuries. Max Scherzer says it does. Dr. Andrews is collecting data that so far on limited data implies it does. Here is an older article on the pitch clock:
