2011 NCAA tourney game(s) thread

A&M looks like they've never shot a basketball before. I know FSU plays tough defense, but come on.

I made a facebook post about that. Evidently FSU played the best matchup zone in the history of the NCAA tournament during the second half. I've never seen a team look so clueless on offense. There was a period of like 10 minutes where they only got one legitimate look at the basket. Pathetic.

Mason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The deceptive athletic Luke Hancock is back!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, did he step up or what?!! And where did that performance from Johnny Williams? Nice to see him have a big impact off the bench.

So, my work only had CBS and I could only follow the game online. A boss down the hall had it streaming online and I was able to watch the final minute. I'm going to look for a replay online.

Vcu 2 - Espn and the other haters 0

GO RAMS GO!!!

It was never a matter of whether or not VCU was good enough to be in the tournament. The argument was about whether their resume was better than the other teams'.

Regardless, a great win, and you should be proud. Hopefully they'll continue their magic. Gotta love the cinderellas.

Big East has been pretty strong with Louisville, St John's, Villanova, and now Georgetown with great efforts in the first round.

4 down, 7 to go. :)

Of course, for ACC fans, we're already down to two teams, and realistically, they were the only two teams in the league that were any good this year.

Florida State also won. Or have they been removed from the league. :D

That was easily the most...er...original ending I've seen in a basketball game.

I can only imagine the range of emotions going through Mack's head during the last, say, 30 game-seconds.

2 obvious foul calls too. I actually took Pitt to the Final FOur in 3 out of my 5 brackets(Florida in the other two) but I really wasn't feeling it. History tells you Dixon isn"t going to get Pitt to a Final Four. I just wish I would've pulled the trigger on Wisconsin in a few brackets( they still have to get by KSU tonight too)
