So Zach goes 60 in a row and now what?  He blows every other save? Last season was just a one time fluke.

Britton had 2 successful years as a closer before 2016 - this year is the fluke. The juiced (tighter wound) balls probably has something to do with it.

Britton threw unhittable sinkers in the eighth. In the ninth, he couldn't throw a strike then threw pitches that stayed up and got clobbered. (I think all three were supposed to be sinkers but I could be wrong.)

ESPN had a story last year where Britton himself couldn't explain how he managed to throw his fastball-sinker-cutter. He lost it as suddenly as he found it.

Seems pretty evident the forearm injury caused Zach to lose his mojo.  The sinker doesn't have the same bite or velocity as previous years.

If he could throw it at 97 MPH with sinking action, he would still be dominant.

More likely he has lost whatever that 97-98 pitch was that was unhittable is now a 95 mph pitch that is hittable.   His So/BB  ratio this year is back where it was when he was a starter.   He is just not right.

I just can't blame the pitching. The Orioles "offense" has scored a grand total of 10 runs over six full games. That's 1.66 run/game.

Absolutely.

Probably needs to strengthen his arm in offseason and deal with his knee. Hopefully come back strong in '18.
