    You're not wrong that in-booth chemistry is real, and it doesn't take working together everyday to have that. I just know that, when you spend every day with a dude, you're going to try to get under each other's skin if you actually have a real-world relationship.

    I realize I'm falling into the dumb small-sample size fallacy, but could it be as simple as them wanting him to see if he could hit LHP then he then (in only five games) put up a 1.375 OPS?
