Not sure what type of device you’re using but sometimes I have to delete the app altogether and reinstall it.
  2. I predict about 130 innings for Means and a handful of starts for Bradish before he’s shut down for the year.
  3. My preference would be to see him play everyday in RF with Santander at DH. Put Westburg at 2B and let Mateo ride the bench. Who would be a better hitter, Mateo vs lefties or Cowser vs lefties? Cowser would undoubtedly be an upgrade in RF and the difference between Mateo and Westburg 2B defense is probably marginal enough that whatever superiority Mateo has with the glove is negated by Cowsers better defense and Mateo and his noodle bat out of the lineup.
  4. Weird lineup, but whatever. It’s Opening Day, can’t be too upset!
  5. DFA and goes to Norfolk. I can’t imagine why a team would claim him. I can’t imagine why the O’s have even kept him this long.
  6. You sound like a jackass. I’m disappointed too but I’m also happy that two of the biggest contenders in the league that had recent pitching injuries didn’t get better.
  7. I’m curious how his career will pan out. He was buried so deep in the Orioles infield that even Connor Norby would be on top of him.
  8. Montgomery has always made the most sense for this team, even more so now that there are multiple rotation injuries. If new ownership immediately announced a major signing, that would be an amazing PR move.
  9. I’m worried about 1B, rotation depth, and high leverage bullpen innings. This team looks good overall but if you start to pick it apart, I could see them being pretty shaky at times.
  10. Doubtful he gets a QO, probably just walks after this year. Maybe traded at the deadline if the prospects behind him are outperforming him but even then that is a hard decision to make assuming that the team is playing well overall.
  11. If you can reasonably believe that Urias and Holliday would give you the same amount of production, then I don’t see the harm in giving Holliday more AAA time and gaining the extra year.
  12. I mean, yea. I want to see the young talent. If I told you what I’d have liked done then it’d probably come across as extreme. But I also don’t think that the reality is as bad as everyone has been making it seem. I think they’ll win roughly the same amount of games through April as they would have with Holliday and Stowers on the team. Every time someone has a great spring I think back to our old friend Jake Fox. I’ll leave it to the professional talent evaluators to decide whether or not they think a player is ready. And sometimes it just comes down to hard decisions.
  13. I don’t really feel excited about the roster management but it’s also not all that surprising. Urias would probably be traded if anyone was willing to give anything for him. Stowers never stood a chance. Overall, I think that this team won a lot of games last year with pretty much the same lineup. No reason to think they couldn’t do it again.
  14. I legitimately didn’t know, thanks. I’ve never had any interest in the subject. Seems odd from the perspective of an outsider. But I guess there must be a reason. I don’t even buy scratch offs, gambling’s not my thing.
